Villa San Cosma has been designed to give the possibility to those who travel to feel surrounded by privacy and intimacy that only a house like ours can offer, without giving up a comfort service comparable to a real Hotel.
Ideal solution for large families or groups of friends, the villa has a private swimming pool, a Jacuzzi tiled by a large solarium, a barbecue area and a fully open gazebo.
Depending on the period and the request, the villa can be rented exclusively, taking the advantage of the entire structure and including a complete service with concierge, housekeeper and chef on request; otherwise it can be rented individually as it offers spacious apartments, characterized by bright and airy environments.
The atmosphere of the villa with its glittering white walls refers to a simple, almost classic spirit, which is mixed with touches of modern design.
To add charm to the complex there are the paradisiacal view of the Amalfi Coast, the 5000 meters of land, the nearby paths and nature with its enchanting parfums.
STRUCTURE OF THE VILLA
The villa extends on three floors: on the ground floor we have a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and dishwasher, large stove, professional oven and ice machine, guest bathroom with sink, washing machine and an indoor dining room.
Outside there is a large dining area with barbecue and a comfortable outdoor living room.
On the first floor we have two apartments Olive and Uva with independent entrances and on the second floor there are Orange and Lemon connecting in order to form a unique large setting.
